The Cyber Continuity Center is staffed 24 hours a day to monitor the network and respond to customer needs. The facility has 24 hour access for customers via a security FOB and a keypad security system that is independently monitored. This is a highly secure manned facility with video surveillance and secured access on all floors, suites, doors and fully enclosed rack centers. All suites and Colocation racks have the option of IP-video surveillance to ensure that customers only have access (and secure web enabled video monitoring) to the equipment that they own.
