Cyber Continuity Center offers
the capability to customize dedicated and secure Tier 3 or Tier
4 data center facilities on a lease or purchase basis. Each data
center is customized to the customer’s specific requirements based
on the Uptime Institute’s Tier Standardization.
Cyber Continuity Center offers single-level facilities from 1,000
to 25,000 SF supporting fully-autonomous raised-floor Tier 3 / Tier
4 data center space with separate slab-to-slab demising of all walls.
Cyber Continuity Center’s world-class data centers offers unsurpassed
security, scalability, and engineering support delivering a 99.995%
uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) for High Density [10kw + per
rack] data center facilities.
Building Standards
All data centers meet TIA/EIA-942 (Telecommunications Infrastructure
Standard for Data Centers) and the Uptime Institute, Inc. specifications
for Tier 3 and Tier 4 Data Center facilities
Building structural standards meet NEBS Level 3 compliance for
core and shell with additional blast protection coating for all
Data Center, NOC, MEP, and related Operations Rooms
Electrical Infrastructure
3(N) Electrical Distribution Matrix supported by three (3)
100% diverse and independent power generation (/transmission)
sources (Commonwealth Edison / Peoples Energy, On-Site Natural
Gas based Co-Generation, and, On-Site Diesel Fuel based Generation).
2(N) data center electrical service support for Tier 4 implementation
with two (2) stand-alone electrical service rooms ("A" / "B")
– each with 100% redundant service feeds from a tied COM ED and
ON-SITE natural gas-based bus systems (Com Ed "A", On-Site "A",
Com Ed "B", On-Site "B")
Each "A" and "B" electrical grid is feeds one (1) 4000 amp service
panel for 2(N) data center electrical service capacity supporting
up to 150 watts/square foot
Emergency Generations
Four (4) 1750 kW diesel generators providing N+1 emergency generation
for each individual "A" and "B" electrical grid systems.
Each electrical grid ("A" and "B") is supported by independent
ATS and TVSS systems tied to the main 2(N) electrical service
feeds.
48 hour on-site fuel capacity / 10 day on-campus fuel capacity
UPS Systems
Four (4) 1.6 MW APC InfraStruXure™ Megawatt Systems providing
2(N+1) UPS capacity with 15 minutes of run-time at 70% load
Cooling Systems
Four (4) 390 ton chilled water distribution systems 2(N+1) cooling
capacity
Two (2) separate looped systems provide 2N chilled water distribution
On-Site Facility Security
The facility has 24 hour access for customers via a keypad and
biometric security system that is independently monitored.
Video Surveillance & Electronic Motion Sensors – Our surveillance
systems provide continuous and comprehensive observation. We detect
and record who accesses each room and cabinet, ensuring unparalleled
protection against tampering.
A Comprehensive 6 tier security perimeter access system is employed
to control entry / exit (Parking Lot, Outside Parameter, Building,
common area, Operations , Data Center (per Tier 4 Standards))
Fire Protection
Cyber Continuity Center Fire Protection Infrastructure is based
on a three-step process: fire prevention, fire detection, and
fire suppression.
Fire Prevention
All Data Center Facilities have 24*7 real-time monitoring for
amperage usage and BTU output to reduce the risk of power surge,
heat overload and corresponding electrical fires in the data center.
Prohibitions on flammable materials are strictly enforced.
Fire Detection
A Very Early Smoke Detection Alarm (VESDA) system for the detection
of smoke and fire is employed throughout the facility.
Real-time NOC monitoring of the VESDA system with direct interconnect
to master fire alarm control panel.
Fire Suppression
A facility wide multi-zone Sapphire / FM-200 (non-toxic gas)
system with a dry pipe, double interlock pre-action fire sprinkler
system as defined by the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA)
shall be installed throughout the data center facilities
The fire suppression system works in conjunction with the VESDA
system in all data center facilities.
Dry-Chemical fire extinguishers are also located throughout
the facility.
Network Operations Center (NOC)
Cyber Continuity Center’s Network Operations Center (NOC) operates
24x7 with a full contingent of highly trained engineers and technicians.
The NOC is the focal point of all monitoring, problem tracking,
remote management and problem resolution in supporting InteleNet's
Managed Hosting clients.
Cyber Continuity Center NOC uses a real-time trouble ticket
management system that keeps the customer informed on a real-time
basis and is able to dispatch the correct resource, whether it
be Cyber Continuity Center personnel, customer personnel or even
third party providers, to ensure a speedy resolution to every
issue.
The NOC receives all incoming operations calls for faults and
issues detected by the customer as well as requests for additional
services.
The NOC ensures that our customers are always informed, in control,
and receiving the best services available in the industry
